LIMITED EDITION POLAR BEAR BEACH TAGS (NEW THIS YEAR!) will be available staring 02/17/2012. The Beach Tag Office will have special hours during Polar Bear Plunge Weekend (while polar bear tag supplies last) Friday February 17th 5pm to 8 pm, Saturday and Sunday February 18th and 19th, 9am to noon. While beach tags are not required on the beach for the Plunge- they are good on the beach for the entire 2012 Summer Season. The tags make great souvieneers, gifts, and are a must for any beach tag collector.
RESERVE REGULAR 2012 SEASONAL BEACH TAGS NOW AT PRESEASON PRICES. Regular 2012 Seasonal Beach Tags may be reserved now at preseason prices. Print, complete and mail in the Beach Tag Application below along with you payment for regular seasonal tags. Your reserved seasonal tags will be waiting at the Beach Tag Office for pick up this Spring.
Remember the preseason price of $20.00 expires 05/15/2012.
Fees and Charges:
No fee shall be charged to or collected from any person under the age of twelve.
Twenty ($20.00) dollars per person per season provided that application is made to the proper authorities on or before the cut-off date of May 15 of each year.
Twenty five ($25.00) dollars per person per season in the event that application is made to the proper authorities subsequent to the cut-off date of May 15th of each year and for the remainder of the bathing season.
Ten ($10.00) dollars per person per week for any week or fractional part thereof of the bathing season. Weekly badges shall be valid from Saturday at 10:00 a.m. to the following Saturday (eight {8} days later) at 5:00 p.m.
Five ($5.00) dollars per day for a daily bathing privilege subsequent to the City observed day for Memorial Day.
