2020 Requalification / Certification Schedule

Running: Guards can qualify seven days a week starting Saturday, May 16 at either 10:30AM or 4:00PM. 

Swimming: Guards can qualify in accordance with the following schedule:

Saturday, May 16, 4:30PM, Ocean City Community Center, two lanes, pool possibly shared with OCBP
Friday, May 22, 3:00PM, Ocean City Community Center
Sunday, May 24, 10:00AM, Ocean City Community Center
Friday, May 29, 3:00PM, Whippoorwill Campground
Sunday, May 31, 10:00AM, Whippoorwill Campground
Sunday, June 7, 9:30AM, Whippoorwill Campground
Sunday, June 14, 10:00AM, Whippoorwill Campground (with the rookies)
Saturday, June 20, 10:00AM, Whippoorwill Campground
Saturday, June 27, 10:00AM, Whippoorwill Campground (by appointment only*)

* an administrator will meet you at the pool only if you call and make an appointment

First Aid: Guards can certify in first aid at beach patrol headquarters on the following dates:

Saturday, June 20, 11:30AM to 5:30PM (with the rookies)
Thursday, July 2, 6:00PM to 10:00PM
Tuesday, July 7, 6:00PM to 10:00PM

The following guards must certify in first aid in the summer of 2020:
