The Human Resources office includes administration of all New Jersey Civil Service requirements and employee services relative to personnel programs, payroll and insurance; administration of the City’s worker’s compensation and liability insurance program in coordination with the Atlantic County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund; and assistance to the office of the Business Administrator.

Full Time EMT

The Sea Isle City EMS Division is seeking applicants for full-time employment with the Division as an EMT.

The position offers health benefits through Horizon BCBSNJ, enrollment in the NJ Public Employee Retirement System (PERS), and a benefits package that includes paid time off, sick leave, personal days. Benefits also include department-issued uniforms and an additional yearly uniform allowance, yearly CEU training opportunities & online CEU programs, and NJ EMT Refresher courses as needed.

The position is included in a collective bargaining unit, with a CBA that reflects a starting rate of $23.00/hour with yearly pay raises.
