What is the Finance Office responsible for?

The Finance office is responsible for the Municipal Budget and all related Financial Documents. The CFO is responsible for safeguarding the financial integrity of the City through oversight and management of various critical functions.

When are vendors bills paid?

Vendors are paid at every Council meeting for services rendered. Council meeting dates can be found on the city website under the Municipal Clerk Department.

When are 1099 forms mailed to vendors?

1099’s are mailed by January 31st of each year.
