The Business Administrator oversees preparation of the annual operating budget and the Capital Plan, and supervises the administration of each of the departments within the City. The Business Administrator is responsible for review of the organization and operation of all City departments, and prescribes standards and rules of administrative practice and procedure, in consultation with the heads of the departments under his jurisdiction. The Business Administrator reports directly to the Mayor, and is the City administration’s primary liaison with City Council.

The City of Sea Isle City - Emergency Medical Services Division is a licensed emergency services provider by the New Jersey Department of Health, and the primary emergency medical response provider for the City of Sea Isle City 24-hours a day.
SICEMS strives to provide the highest level of pre-hospital emergency care to the residents and visitors of Sea Isle City in time of illness or injury. Our agency utilizes state-of-the-art equipment and the highest level of training for our personnel in order to best serve the community.
The Human Resources office includes administration of all New Jersey Civil Service requirements and employee services relative to personnel programs, payroll and insurance; administration of the City’s worker’s compensation and liability insurance program in coordination with the Atlantic County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund; and assistance to the office of the Business Administrator.

Sea Isle City’s Public Relations Office promotes City events and disseminates information to the community via press releases, media advisories, and other avenues.
Purchasing is a function of the Department of Administration. This vital function serves both internal and external customers. Through this function, the City endeavors to procure goods and services on behalf of the City's departments in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible. Purchasing goods and services for the City of Sea Isle City, like other New Jersey municipalities, is governed by the Local Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et. seq.
The Purchasing Agent is responsible for the duties of the Purchasing Office. The Purchasing Agent establishes and develops accepted purchasing methods and records in accordance with prescribed laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures. The Purchasing Agent reviews requisitions for operating and maintenance equipment, materials and supplies; prepares specifications; and reviews and analyzes bids.

The Trash & Recycling Drop-Off Area (adjacent to the Sea Isle Bridge) is open 7 days a week 7:15 to 2:45. Closed holidays except New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. When dropping off please remember to follow all signage and direction from the attendant.
Property tax bills are mailed annually (once a year) after June 1st and payments are due quarterly as follows: August 1st, November 1st, February 1st and May 1st.
Water & Sewer utility bills are mailed semi-annually (twice a year). The April mailing is for utility quarters due June 1st and September 1st based on usage from meter readings done in March. The second mailing is in October for utility quarters due December 1st and March 1st based on usage from meter readings done in September.
